Appointment to drive the next phase of growth for Asia Pacific’s largest independent Salesforce consulting and implementation partner

Sydney, Australia – 17 January 2018 – Arxxus Technology Partners, the largest independent Salesforce partner in Australia, today announced the appointment of Kim Stewart-Smith as CEO and Managing Director.

The move comes as David Freyer, Co-Founder and previous Managing Director, is appointed Executive Chair of the Arxxus Board of directors. Stewart-Smith and Freyer will work together in their new roles to build on the company’s strong record of customer success to drive further growth across Asia Pacific.

With its team of Salesforce technical and industry experts in Australia and India, Arxxus is well positioned to help enable organisations to build customer centric solutions on Salesforce. Stewart-Smith plans to focus on building industry alliances as well as deepening the capabilities of the Arxxus team.

“We are passionate about helping our customers succeed with Salesforce and have seen a rapid shift towards larger and more complex Salesforce projects over recent years. This has allowed our team to deliver industry leading solutions for our customers across industries ranging from government, financial services and Not For Profits to name just a few,” said Freyer. “Kim's proven entrepreneurial and corporate experience will help fuel our growth and I’m delighted to welcome her onboard.”

Stewart-Smith joins Arxxus from Ernst & Young where she established and led the Corporate Services business for Oceania. During this time and in her prior role as CEO of her own business advisory firm, Stewart-Smith worked closely with start-up and growth companies to achieve profitable growth. It was in this capacity that she also served as Arxxus CFO and a consultant to the Board.

“After witnessing Arxxus’ incredible successes over the past two years, I’m excited to join the company as CEO and Managing Director and lead this next phase of growth,” said Stewart-Smith. “The team is exceptionally talented and we’re now at an exciting inflection point that allows us to play a more proactive role in designing programs and solutions to accelerate our customers’ success.”

Commenting on the news, Jane Chambers of Catholic Care said, “Arxxus has exceeded our expectations as a technology partner in many respects, including their ability to step up and deliver a high profile project in an extraordinarily short timeframe. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Kim’s appointment complementing the transparency and commitment we’ve seen at all levels of Arxxus.”
