Jay heads the Knowledge Services team at Arxxus as a Principal Consultant, and is instrumental towards driving all strategic initiatives around employee skills and certifications, predominantly revolving around the Salesforce ecosystem.

Jay specialises in enabling our delivery teams to develop and customise Salesforce CRM, and custom cloud applications. He loves to keep himself constantly updated on the latest developments in the Salesforce CRM space, and is passionate about passing new release maintenance exams within a day or two of their launch.

In 1999, he started his professional career with Tech Mahindra, where he designed and developed several solutions for global Telco providers. Thereafter, he went on to become a Telecom Mediation Solution Architect at CapGemini. In 2011, he joined Arxxus Technology Partners to pursue his career with Salesforce. Since then, he has pioneered the Salesforce certification drive, and contributed immensely towards the salesforce expertise at Arxxus.

Jay is a Mathematics graduate with a Masters in Computer Applications (MCA) from VJTI, Mumbai University. Jay is a Salesforce Certified Developer, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I.

Jay’s hobbies include solving puzzles, teaching Mathematics, reading, trekking, listening to music, and playing the keyboard.
