Visit Planning is a crucial aspect of Field Sales and Marketing. To be successful, every Field Salesperson needs to do proper visit planning.
FieldKo helps to plan and complete a visit. It provides a number of ways to create visits. The Visit Planner is one of the prominent features of FieldKo, which allows a Salesperson and manager to plan visits for him/her self or for their Reps.
Visit Planner helps user to fetch accounts for a specific region, to do so you just need to pan on the map to there desired location and click on ‘Fetch Accounts’ button which is at the top right corner of the page, this will fetch accounts for that region.
Also it helps to plan visits based on territory, to use territory filters user need to click on ‘>>’ button which will open the territory panel. Lets consider the following scenario
John is a manager of Cindy and wants to plan a visit for her in Sydney, What he needs do is, just select
He will see all accounts from Sydney on the left side in the account list. If he wants to see those accounts on the map then he can click 'Show On Map' button.
The Visit Planner will also helps to search particular accounts. To do so users just need to type in the account name in search box and click on the 'Go' and users will see the account which they searched by account name.
The Visit Planner provides the ability to Drag and Drop accounts or marker (pin which is on the map) to the right side to create a visit on the calendar, the dropping of the account name will show the Visit creation popup with pre-filled information like start time, end time, visit name, etc. All the user needs to do is select the Tasks and Surveys they which to complete on the visit.
